PROskydiving is excited to announce the acquisition of DZ Tools and the most robust and comprehensive manifest software solution in the skydiving industry - JumpRun 5.  Bringing JumpRun into PROskydiving's set of tools allows us to integrate the secure, online reservation and gift certificate process into your local manifest software - reducing errors, data entry time, staff expense, and customer wait times.  This level of integration allows dropzones to more efficiently and professionally process customers.

The Future of JumpRun

Version 5.1 will be available shortly giving dropzones full integration between the current version of JumpRun 5 and PROskydiving.  

Version 6 will be a complete re-write of the JumpRun software.  One of the biggest concerns many dropzones have about the future of JumpRun is the fact that it will not function on OS versions newer than Windows XP.  Microsoft will be ceasing support of Windows XP shortly and dropzones will be forced to either use outdated machines or move to less functional solutions.  Our plan with version 6 is to migrate to a .net platform that will allow dropzones to run the database on any Windows OS.  Workstations around the dropzone can access JumpRun via any web enabled device (ie. PC, Mac, iPad, etc) through the LAN or Wi-Fi networks.
